Intelligence holds what the bots know about your company: prices, delivery times, policies, frequent questions.

#Write an entry

1. Open Intelligence and create a new entry.
2. Give it a title and write it the way you'd explain it to a teammate.
3. Save it as a Draft while you review. Only Published entries are visible to the bots.

#Files

Upload PDFs and documents you already have, such as catalogs and policies. The panel reads the text and makes it available to the bots.

#Sources that update themselves

Select New source to have the panel read on its own:

• Website pages: read once a day.
• News: read every hour.
• Public calendar (ICS): events and dates from a calendar.

On each source: Read now forces a read, Pause suspends it and Remove deletes the source and what came from it.
