Getting started

How to use this help

Search, keyboard shortcuts, language and the “?” button on every screen.

2 min read

Every guide here answers one task: what to do, in numbered steps, with the screen alongside.

Type what you want to do in the search at the top. Results show up as you type; accents and capitals don't matter.

  • / or Ctrl+K takes you straight to search from any page.
  • ↑ and ↓ pick a result; Enter opens it.
  • Esc closes the list.

Change the language

The EN / PT button at the top switches the current page between English and Portuguese. Help remembers your choice in this browser.

From a panel screen to its guide

On any panel screen, the ? button at the top (or the ? and F1 keys) opens help alongside, without leaving what you're doing:

  1. On this screen lists the guides for the screen you're on.
  2. Search looks through every guide as you type.
  3. In Ask Help, write your question in your own words. The answer is written by AI from these guides only, and lists the guides it used underneath so you can check.
  4. Esc closes help and takes you back where you were.

When the assistant in the corner is on, a question asked here continues there, with the conversation, the sources and the way to support.

Who can read this help

Whoever runs the panel chooses in Admin › General › Help center: Open (anyone with the link can read the guides) or Team only (asks for the panel sign-in first).
