Welcome to the panel
What the panel does, how to sign in and where everything is.
The panel brings your company's customer service, contacts, outgoing messages and automations together in one place. This help walks you through every task, screen by screen.
Sign in
- Open the panel address your company sent you.
- Sign in with your email. If your account uses a passkey, your browser asks your device to confirm: fingerprint, face or PIN.
- That's it: you land on the home screen with today's summary.
What each screen is for
The menu on the left only shows the areas included in your company's plan and allowed for your account.
| Area | What it's for |
|---|---|
| Conversations | Answer customers on WhatsApp and other channels, as a team. |
| Contacts | Find, add and organize the people who talk to your company. |
| Broadcasts | Send one message to many contacts at once. |
| Automations | Let repetitive tasks run on their own. |
| Administration | Team, channels, security and backups (admins only). |
