Broadcasts

Send a broadcast

Pick the channel and the audience, write the message, check the preview and send now or schedule it.

A broadcast is one message sent to a group of contacts at once, by WhatsApp, SMS or email.

Build the broadcast

  1. Open Broadcasts and select New broadcast.
  2. Choose the channel: WhatsApp, SMS or Email. Only the channels in your company's plan appear.
  3. Choose who receives it: a saved CRM audience, a search, or Add contacts one by one (up to 100 at a time).
  4. Write the message or start from a template.
  5. On WhatsApp and email you can add an image of up to 5 MB: drag it onto the message area or paste it with Ctrl + V.

Send or schedule

  • Send now starts right away.
  • Schedule for picks a date and time, at least 5 minutes ahead.
  • Save without sending keeps it as a draft to finish later.

Only contacts who agreed to that channel get the message. Before you confirm, the panel shows how many were left out and why.

Follow along

While it sends you can Pause and Resume, or cancel what hasn't gone out yet. The statuses are Draft, Scheduled, Sending, Paused and Done.

Afterwards, the results show deliveries, reads, clicks, bounces and who unsubscribed.
