Message templates

Templates are ready-made messages you reuse. They can hold variables, such as the contact's name, filled in at send time.

#Create and edit

1. In Broadcasts, select Edit templates.
2. Create a new template or open one, write the text and save.
3. Mark one as the default template so it's already picked in every new broadcast.
