Usage and billing

Usage and billing shows the month's usage and lets you pay the bill.

#The cycle

The cycle runs from the 16th of one month to the 15th of the next. Usage adds up during the cycle and the bill closes at the end.

#What's charged

• SMS: per message sent, priced in tiers: the more you send, the less each one costs.
• Email: per sending package.
• Official WhatsApp: per conversation, by category (marketing, utility, service), under WhatsApp's own rules.
• AI: bot answers and tests.

The screen shows the total so far and an estimate for the end of the cycle.

#Pay

1. Open the closed cycle's statement to see each line item.
2. Copy the PIX key with the copy button and pay in your bank's app.
